Theo's Pizza is my favorite. There's one on Magazine before you get to Napolean, and I think a new one on ? Freret?

Dolce Vita is solid pizza. The atmosphere could be better though.

I assume you mean breathing humans.....

Place is always empty, sadly.

Theo's in Elmwood sucks. Below average pizza.

I like Tower of Pizza, Brooklyn Pizzeria and That's Amore. Then again, I haven't been to a lot of places that others say are best.

Domenica and Ancora.

The other suggestions in here aren't close.

Pizza Delicious for NY style, Ancora for Neapolitan, and Domenica for interesting toppings and a nice crust. Pizzacare on Tulane for a slice....Brooklyn on Vets for old school greasy pepperoni goodness.

Elite status.

But Dolce Vita is very good. I had a pizza from New York Pizza the other night that was good, too.

This reminds of my bachelor party. Good times.

I've never had Ancora but I'd say Dolce Vita is on the same level as Domenica. Not a fan of Theo's.

I saw Pie opened a location in the Warehouse District. I used to stop by the one in Metairie and thought the place was pretty good. Anybody been?

Went to Ancora for the first time recently. Loved it. Great ingredients, menu, beer, and loud enough to take my kids and not worry about them bothering anyone.

Have you had their deep dish? I've been wanting to try it because I've heard good things.
