Guess I am done with WoW for good

Thought about playing again after two year off, but when I logged in one of my main accounts it says banned and no chance of recovery. Two years of not playing, the account was not hacked but it's gone. Will not try again.

You can call customer service and get it unlocked. May have to bitch a little but they will do it

I keep getting emails saying my account has been hacked and I'm banned for selling gold. But I have one of those key chain things with the code (although no idea where that is)

Yeah if you call customer service you can get it back. Someone may have hacked your dormant acct, activated it, and got it banned.

Doesn't stop people. There are ways to hack through the authenticator. When I say those hackers are hardcore I'm serious, it's like electronic war in a way.

Mine gets hacked routinely almost every 6 months. The last time I started up WoW again was right after a hacker got into the account because they paid for $15 for a free month, so I played

Played from launch day for two years. Good times while it lasted. Server first on Rag. 2nd on Ony.

Played from the end of Vanilla, I guess I got about a month in before BC came out, until halfway through WOTLK. Got bored, quit. Came back to play for a month during Cataclysm, lost interest in a week.

It has it's pros and cons. My brother and I both list it as one of the few games we wish we could go back and experience the feeling of playing for the first time.
Once you reach end game that shine wears off and everything becomes a grind in order to raid. I did enjoy raiding with friends though. Friday nights in high school we'd raid and then afterward about 6 of us would all meet up at Waffle House around midnight.

If you guys liked the tbc content.. I'm pretty hype for the new private server "world of corecraft". Suppost to be as blizzlike tbc as you can get outside of a optional insta58 quest chain. Been in development for nearly 3 years...
being coded by some apparently badass Swedes and content will be released a it was when tbc was live(server will open with only t4 progression). They also took out all of the pve(leveling,dungeon,boss) nerfs that accumulated on the live version up till the end of the expansion..
search for it... Its got like20k registered users and the beta hasent even released yet..

I played vanilla all the way through WOTLK and I thought about coming back when they released the pandas but I don't even own a computer that could run it bow

I played a few years back , loved it and still miss it to this day. It was a fun game for the most part and I kinda liked the grind. I stopped playing when they came out with the cataclysm expansion. My main was a hunter and I hated what they had did to the attacks and other things that were installed right before the expansion hit so I gave it up.

cata finshed what wrath started. game got too easy to level and gear. i miss aq40.

Yea i wish I could have experienced it from the beginning in its glory days but I joined right before wotlk and played until the month cata came out. Sucks becauseI had just looted the best bow from wotlk raid and maybe two days later the cata update hit and it was a kick in the nutz.
