I couldn't find it. Best guess was a snowball stand made over. Googled Third Street in Plaquemines Parish from the sign in the background and found one in Belle Chasse. Recognized some other locations in Plaquemines so I figured it may be around there.

sure is the snoball stand in Norco. Went this summer get a few snoballs while fishing the spillway when they opened the needle gates
