Thinking about getting a gun coated with Black T by Birdsong

My dads Model 700 270 that my son now uses.Dad gave it to me a couple years before he died and I want it to last.Its starting to show its age and has some very small rust spots on the barrel.The black T looks good was wondering if any of yall had this done?

Haven't done it before but do know some others that have and liked it. Birdsong is a good guy and will do you right. His dad had something to do with Ronnie Barrett in creating the "Barrett 50 cal"

Just as a frame of reference, Delta Force and the Navy SEALs send stuff to Birdsong for coatings. Their business is as legit as it gets...period.

Birdsong is one of the best as my friend had his custom rifle done in Black T back in 1990 and it still looks like new
