Fundamentally transform America

If you Google that phrase and limit results to the past week only, you get nothing but right-wing blogs and websites.
And yet..
The President of the United States, after saying in 2008 that he is about to fundamentally transform America calmly and coolly denied having such a motivation less than a week ago.
When reminded of his own words, Obama calmly and coolly continued on his own tangent, not even acknowledging the reporter.
This sequence did not even raise an eyebrow in the mainstream media.
Just in case those of you were wondering why Tea Party types come across as angry, this is example #27429091 as to why.
And yet..

This happens routinely since the liberal progressive MSM will never hold their liberal progressive President accountable for any conflicts/discrepancies in his statements.

The first time I heard this in one of his speeches I told the wife that is very scary. Never heard a pol in 57 years use that term. It seems as if he's just starting to warm up with his promise.

Of course not - they have their 'narrative' and that amounts to 'truth' to them.
Nothing that goes against the narrative is worth reporting because it just has to be the result of evil nefarious right wing tea-baggers.
If it supports the narrative, then the traditional 'truth' matters not. It will be forwarded, celebrated, and used as a leverage point for all other advancements of the narrative.

That actually sent cold chills down my back rather than a tingle up my leg. Coupled with his lament that our constitution is too heavily slanted towards 'negative rights' for the government left no doubt what his motives were.
This is a dangerous man = but more dangerous is the mouth-breathing ignorance bloc that provides him his electoral advantage and the pie-in-the-sky one issue intelligensia who give him his veneer of credibility.

.....and a wife/soulmate that publicly admitted that she had never, as an adult, had any pride in our country.
All the signs were there. A bunch of people agreed with them. A bunch of people were too blind/stupid to see what the Obamas really were, and the rest of us were too few to stop them.

The problem is that every time his past was talked about......conservatives were shouted down as racists. The liberal mantra has been promoted by the msm at an unprecedented level since Obamas arrival at the forefront of politics.
