OK, I'm going to throw this out there.

Is it time for him romove on? It's not like the DL and OL moved guys at will when they needed to. The guys on the DL seem to tweak something or another seemingly every other game.

Is there anyone else out there that gets a shot?

Just throwing something out there for fodder. I realize that Coach M is highly regarded by many.

DocJerome - You are an idiot. Are you just looking for something to complain about? Coach Moffitt is the highest regarded Strength and Conditioning Coach in all of college football. He is the glue that keeps our athletes together and in top shape. He prepares them for the next level. It is no coincidence that our national championship runs started when he was hired in January of 2000. Hell, even Saban tried to hire him away to Miami and Alabama. Stop being a Negatiger. We need Moffitt.

Your performance on your job was below par, therefore I will suggest to your boss that you be replaced. Time to move on.

Moffit, are kidding? Post less. Idiot!

I believe that his past assistants are now some of the best in the business, and he is still considered one of the best if not the best. Pay him, keep him.

I hear ya,

Its a valid question

would be interesting to see how these other programs kids strength and speed looked like after they spent some time in their programs.

Considering Moffit, lately, has only been getting 3 years to develop guys, no, it's not time to move on. The big comparison is to other lines (OL and DL) in the SEC, but if you look at those lines, you see some 5th year seniors and RS juniors, etc. The past couple years, we've had underclassmen on the lines which means we are running 18-20 year olds against 20-22 year olds. While that might not seem like a big difference, look around the SEC at any senior lineman's build when they came in as a freshman or what they were in their second year. A lot of weight is gained in 2-4 years and a lot of strength is as well. It makes a difference.

Unless LSU's S&C takes a nose dive or Moffit can't perform his duties anymore, he is here to stay and deservedly so.

This is also wrong. Our OL moved people just fine. Their struggles were in pass pro, which has next to nothing to do with Moffit. Our run blocking was very good to great this year.
