Denver airport-
Chicken and wedge salad - cause my daughter challenged me to a race.
Makers mark on the rocks and a coors light, cause its cold outside, as if I needed a reason.

I seared a London Broil on the grill.
Next, I cooked down some onions and bell peppers on the stove top.
Then I sliced my meat and placed buttered tortilla shells into the oven at 350 degrees for 6 minutes.
I had a small sauce pan full of Mexican restaurant style white cheese simmering during these steps.
Finally, I placed my meat on a buttered tortilla and topped it with sautéed onions and bell peppers smothered in white cheese and added a dollop of Heinz catsup as my finishing touch.
I had 3 of these succulent jewels.
