Can't forget the preferred walk ons to LSU

Sometimes you get a diamond in the rough, those guys work just as hard as the ones LSU chases for two years or longer.
Luke Gomez Parkview C projected FB per WAFB
Marquise Kaigler McKinley TE per Advocate
Trey Gallman Dutchtown OL projected FB per Advocate
and there will be more we don't here about.

In other football news, I was told last night by former St. Thomas Moore quarterback Brandon Bergeron’s father that Brandon is now a walk-on at LSU. Bergeron (6’3”, 195) played last season for Highland Community College in Kansas where he threw for 2,978 yards and 22 touchdowns with only nine interceptions. His completion percentage of 70.7% (282-of-399) was first in his conference. Welcome aboard, Bergeron!

Has a chance to play - other than just special teams, too.

I thought Moffet was headed to LSU E for baseball
I think he gave up on football after another knee injury

From what someone else mentioned in another thread, this one could be intruiging. 6'5" good athlete. Played QB and TE and plays forward on the basketball team.

Had no idea that Kaigler was coming to LSU. I do like that guy though.

Marquise Kaigler is one of the most athletic kids in state. He has a good frame at 6'6". Hell of a basketball player too

Kaigler will eventually play, IMO. Enormous upside
