How big of a need was Adoree?

I considered him more of icing on the cake and someone that could be plugged at certain positions but wasn't someone that filled a void on either side of the ball. Is that the general consensus or am I off?

Icing on the cake.... would have been awesome to get him though... But wasnt a must get though.

Not a need at all IMO. Would've been a luxury.
In the back of our minds we had to know that we weren't going to sign all of these guys we were in the running for. AJ, Hootie, Paris, TB, Adams, with two incumbent studs at CB and Toliver in the wings. It was too much to ask for. Lesson to be learned for the future.

No his position is already filled with this class. He's just THAT good that you must take him.

It would have been great to get him, but we have pretty good depth at WR and CB, so we'll be fine.

It wasn't a desperate need like the two DTs we got today, but he'd have been an unbelievably electric player for us.
