Buying or renting? Either way Barbe school district in S Lake Chuck is nice and close to most everything. Downtown is picking up but still a work in progress.

Renting. This move isn't a permanent destination.
Looking for a house with a fenced yard, but by the Trulia and Zillow searches being limited, I may wait until I move down there to find the place.
