Was wondering if anyone knew the dimensions that each board is supposed to be? I googled it but couldn't find a definite answer.

If it were 4'x2', You would use exactly one sheet of plywood, and 3 8' 2x4's.

I've seen them as big as 2' x 4' but I prefer a smaller board, I build them 12" x 4' with 4" holes. I get my washers from bombatwashers.com
