Staying downtown at the holiday inn off Jefferson. Where are the good spots to eat. Looking to get some good BBQ and catfish.
Eta: also anything particularly interesting to do around the area. May go to the grizzlies Mavs game.

Isn't there a Food and Drink Board?
Not being a dick but that would seem like the folks that would jump on a question like this. BTW, do NOT eat down on Beale Street. It sucked.
I would use Yelp if I was you. It has treated me well.
Hell, since people are diving in... I second Gus' and Tops. They were both great.

There are a couple good bars on Beale, Silkys being one. Raiford's for late night.
