My buddy is in New Iberia for work this week. He's already been to Victor's (said it was ok) and Bon Creole (loved their po boys)

Can you suggest a unique Creole restaurant in or near New Iberia that he should try? Thanks for your time.

Victor's Cafeteria was pretty good 15 or so years ago, when I was living in the Beri. It's a little cafeteria downtown. Good home style cooking and excellent desserts.
Is the Patio in Loreauville still open? That was a damn good place.

For night time go to the Casino in Charenton and go to Mr. Lesters. One of the best restaurant in South La.

It is fairly expensive but worth it.
