If the ultimate goal is to get to the NFL with a degree and championship rings then LSU is their destination. The depth chart is wide open for Dupre and Young would receive the best Linebacker coaching available in college football. Cam Cameron could use the deep threat we've been missing and Dupre will flourish here. Business decision. We shall see what kind of business men these guys could be.

Maybe...but if you have to tweet about making a business decision, you're not discussing the home state team. No reason to allude to that if you're signing in-state.

Dupre is going to FSU. Young is A&M.

This doesn't sound biased at all. We all feel LSU is great, but each person makes their own decisions based on their life.

I just hope if these guys choose to leave the state they aren't subjected to "he better not come back to LA" or "I hope he makes it to the NFL cuz he's not getting a job in this state". That shite is pathetic.

Wouldn't shock me if both headed off to UCLA.

Hope I'm wrong.

Agree on young but disagree on Dupre. Jimbo has a great offensive mind and Dupre going there would be anything but a poor business decision.

Curtis wants LSU to take the fringe players but when it comes to the best ones he pushes them out of state. LSU will not get the big OL in a few years either.

I'm getting that Joe McKnight vibe from Dupre. I hope I'm wrong.

I don't blame them at all. Instant impact for both WR's.

I agree. Doesn't take much reasoning to why

Agree the smartest decision would be for them to come to LSU but face it - high school athletes are rarely known for making the smart decision, ironically & especially when they state they are making a 'business decision'.

How is this the "smart" decision?

We could of had the best recruiting class ever by just getting 3'out of 4 of the top 15 in state. Only getting 4 of the top 12 this year isn't a good thing IMO. I don't usualy follow recruiting that much but this class has been reported on here for the last few years and was a fore gone conclusion by most posters here that we would land most of them. My question is WTF happened?
