2014 Primetime Games + News: MORE Thursday Night games

Since 2006, the New Orleans Saints have been nothing but dominant when playing on prime time or in games seen by nationally televised audiences in the regular season, posting a 22-9 record (.707), including a 4-1 mark in five appearances in 2013, their last regular season prime time contest being the Dec. 8 31-13 win over the Carolina Panthers.
---------------------
Likely minimum of 3 primetime games. Which ones would be your primetime selections?
Home: Baltimore Ravens, Cincinnati Bengals, Green Bay Packers, Minnesota Vikings, San Francisco 49ers, Atlanta Falcons, Carolina Panthers and Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Away: Chicago Bears, Cleveland Browns, Detroit Lions, Pittsburgh Steelers, Dallas Cowboys, Atlanta Falcons, Carolina Panthers and Tampa Bay Buccaneers
For home niners & packers look like the obvious choices. At Atlanta primetime last year so them @ NOLA wouldn't be bad. Both Panther games will line up as big.
The only road game I'd like primetime is @ Dallas. Always enjoy a win there
The potential outdoor late season weather games- Chicago, Cleveland, Pittsburgh

I can see a SNF game against the Ravens

if I had to choose, i'd go 49r's at home, Atlanta at home (always good to see us beat them at home) and Dallas on the road.

Home vs. GB
Home vs. SF
Away vs. Dallas
at least. The reasoning I go with Dallas is the simple fact that its a 'rematch' of our asskicking last year and they bring in a big viewing market.

Our away schedule is awesome next year. If we keep up our home win streak (it will be tough with that schedule), I see a 13-3 season on the horizon.

We throttled the Bears in Chicago this season. They don't worry me as long as they have Cutler.

I'm sure that's what the 49ers are saying about us.

I say the Saints get Green Bay on Sunday Night Football at the Dome.
then I'll go with Cincinnati as a Monday Night game. Might not be the marquee matchup we want but neither were the Dolphins this past season(even though they were undefeated at the time).
meh, they might give us a Thursday night game @ Carolina instead of Atlanta. Just to switch things up

MORE Thursday games
Thursday Night Football will air on CBS for eight weeks early in the 2014 regular season, the NFL announced today.
The NFL confirmed that NFL Network will still air eight late-season games exclusively, without the CBS simulcast. And as part of the announcement, the NFL has also confirmed that there will be two late-season Saturday games in 2014. Last year there were no Saturday regular-season games.
“NFL Network started shoving Thursday night games down fans throats,” Commissioner Roger Goodell said in a statement. “Our goal is to spread games out on broadcast television with unprecedented advertising and profitability for the NFL owners using Thursday Night Football on CBS.”

Proof that he said this?

I still haven't gotten into the Thursday night game thing.
even when the Saints played the Falcons this past season, the allure just wasn't the same for me.
i'll bet they feel like they could use fantasy football as an excuse as to why fans would like Thursday night football.
but...eh... players don't exactly put up big stat lines in those games. I think we know why.
