Bregs 1st Team and Nola 2nd Team. This is a freaking joke. I know there are good pitchers on that 1st team list but no way in hell Nola should not have been on it. 12-1 with a 1.57 ERA.

The Jameis Winston pick is pretty suspect, too.

Aaron Fitt = tPOS. Only logical explanation.

Their team is supposedly chosen by MLB scouting directors which explains the Winston pick.

Is Jameis Winston really that good? Or did they just include him because he won the Heisman and NC?

He could be good, but he definitely doesn't deserve All-American recognition in baseball yet.

Tyler Beede is a pretty damn good pitcher.

Pretty retarded. If BA wants to let MLB scouting directors list the top prospects in college baseball, that would be a great list. But those guys selecting the All-America teams is silly. Pro scouts are all about projecting success at the major league level. An All-America team should be about who is the best right now.

Eddy Furniss didn't project well in MLB, partly because he wanted to be a doctor, but there wasn't a college pitcher in the country that could get him out.

I'm fine with Rodon and Beede as 1st team, but Weaver and Hoffman over Nola? Ridiculous Aaron Fitt.

I agree. At least their postseason teams are performance based.

A.J. Reed too. I mean the kid is a nice pitcher. But he doesnt have elite stuff. I dont know any scout that would pick him over Nola. Unless we're talking about throwing in his offensive game as well.

didn't say he wasn't but he still not on aaron level. Not if you go by the numbers which obviously they didn't. I also have a hard time believing aaron not a top 5 pick so I just don't get there logic. What do i know

What a crap list. This is a glaring mistake.

1st Team Closer - Nick Burdi, Louisville .76 ERA; 62 K; 13 BB

2nd Team Closer - David Berg, UCLA .92 ERA; 78 K; 11 BB

Berg has 78IP to Burdi's 36

Berg>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Burdi

Nola belongs on 1st team

Oh and Jameis Winston made 3rd Team UT pitcher? GTFO
