KR, Don't kill me but I bought a G...G...Glock (there I said it!).

Bought it so the wife and I could have something to keep in the house due to all the burglaries going on around town.

Put about 100 rounds through it last night and couldn't be happier!

G19 excellent choice. One of the best out there.

I love my G19

The 1911 vs Glock is getting older than a foot in a hoist pic.

Yeah, my wife had never shot a gun before last night, but we went to Percision (Ladies shoot free Mon-Thurs) with my Uncle and Cousin who are both competition shooters and now she wants to go back once a week to go shoot!

My wife loves my G19. She has a S&W .38 but loves the G19 much better.

I would love to buy a 9mm Sig like a P229 for me and give her the G19 but for the price and all I most likely will get another G19.

Glock? Gross.

Congrats. I'm looking at buying my first handgun in the somewhat near future myself. I'm pretty sure I'm a 1911 guy though. I like pretty things.

I own 2 glocks and one 1911. I love them all, but will reluctantly admit that there is an addictive quality to the 1911 that the glock doesn't do for me. I just purchased my first 1911 a few weeks ago and have already narrowed down my next handgun to a select few, and they're all 1911's

To the OP, congrats on your purchase. Any weapon purchased to help arm a responsible woman is money well spent. They benefit more from firearms than men ever will.

Absolutely gorgeous.

I'm sure you've seen my review on the standard SW1911SC. I bet the Performance Center one is a league above.

What's the price?
