Morning Basin Bridge travelers

Color me shocked, but there is a wreck I10 westbound around Cecilia that has the basin bridge almost at a standstill. If you're headed west, take 190. You're welcome.

Looks like a Kleinpeter milk truck went a few rounds with an 18 wheeler. Milk truck lost. Right at the base of the bridge.

I've said for years that spot is ripe for a wreck considering how rough of a landing that cement causes right after the bridge, as are most areas next to bridges between br and laffy. another bad spot is just before the weigh station on 10w before laffy.
