What is a "Cicero?"

A Cicero is another word for tenderfoot. Usually somebody who has a lot of expensive gear but doesn't know WTF he's doing.

Thanks. I thought it was some local slang for Italian. I refer to Ciceros as "debutantes."

its an Indian word for "please don't shoot, I was told on the OB I could climb up in any of these blinds"
