Is Russell Wilson a top 15 QB all time?

Dude is money and has been right out of the gate in his career. He's a winner and makes the right throws at the right times.

He can run and scramble creating plays with his feet. His team believes in him but most importantly, he doesn't make mistakes.

Does he pass Elway and crack the top 15 at least by next season?

HE has a number 1 defense, and a top 1-2 running back. He hasn't been dominating the league, the seahawks have. He is good but all time that is crazy at this point.
