What are the small things in life that give you joy/satisfaction?

Personal: Good shampoo/conditioner. Used the cheap stuff when younger, but I have no problem paying for the nice products now.

Professional: Learning something new in Excel and it actually works as expected when applied.

lacing up my shoes and going for a run. Seeing my girl look at me and just smile, don't give a shite if I know what she's smiling for or not just makes me feel good.

Seeing my wife every day. I think we take that for granted sometimes, but knowing you married an awesome, beautiful woman is something to be thankful for every day.

I only drink a few a year, but a really cold Coca-Cola when you're thirsty is wonderful.
