Impossible for other teams to match up with this lineup.

Also LOVE Stringer off the bench.

Martin is begining to show why he was a top recruit. He just gets better and better.

Bench is solid too.

Ever notice that Hickey drains a 3 then 2 mins later when LSU subs, Andre follows with his own 3. This has happened multiple times.

He's a natural. Love watching him play and can't wait to watch him develop

it is a great line up. it provides length and a little bit of everything and coleman is our energy guy.

It also gives us a scorer off the bench in stringer

Yes it is. Starting Coleman instead of both our small guards makes the team longer and more versatile which really helps on both ends of the floor.

I really like this starting lineup heading into the stretch run of the season.

the last 2 games they have brought intensity and they are making next level cuts and hitting guys in stride. the team looks like it is starting to get it, the basketball iq has improved a lot

Martin is becoming more assertive. At his size he should dominate, even if he is a freshman. I think he's realizing that

He has gained control. Early in the year he was tentative because of the injury and then when he did try to take it hard he would be out of control and commit a charge. He has shown great body control lately while also attacking hard. I really like that he has range to go along with his size and aggressiveness

You can easily see his play had improved - not injury related. Still needs to develop, but seems he's getting it more now. And he dropped 2? treys today. He's a match up nightmare if he gets it all together.

We also have some good depth for the first time in awhile. Hickey/Stringer, Morgan and Quarterman are 3 nice options off the bench.

Our big backups are still works in progress though.

Seriously though, I think it's our best lineup against most teams. Stringer off the bench with Malik the #2 guard off the bench.

If he can be a consistent three point shooter he'll drive teams crazy trying to guard us.

They've reduced their over-reacting on defense and not taking themselves out of the play or they are more able to recover sufficiently from getting faked. Previously they've taken the fake so bad they were taking themselves out of the play totally. 5 on 4 at this level is pretty good odds. Take a lot of those away from an opponent and you can keep them in check most of the time.
