Andy Carroll's red card against Swansea.
Shameful
I am not a Carroll fan but he had been owning Swansea all day. Flores climbs on top of his back and falls over him as Carroll pivots his body to try and throw him off. Now, he does swing his arm around and slightly graze the top of Flores' head...to which Flores collapses to the Earth and rolls around like he is on fire.
Review it, rescind Carroll's red card, and give Flores a one-match ban for diving.

There's a gif at the end of the matchday thread.
Replay should be done like the TMO in rugby. Normally takes less than 20 seconds or so.

Meh. Not THAT bad of a call, he did swing his hand and could have hit him in the face; obviously Flores dived as well and made it look worse and probably should have received a yellow.
Basically what I'm getting at is this is a weak example to support video replay.
