I was at the range a couple of weeks ago & a guy was using 1 suppressor for his 5.56 & .308. I'm interested in this setup but I didn't get specifics from the guy does anyone have any suggestions?

Most suppressors are made to support up to a certain caliber. Meaning a .30 cal suppressor will fit most anything under that as long as the QD threads are the same on the two barrels. But with that said, a .30 cal suppressor on a .22 is pretty counterproductive; a lot of extra air volume there.

I've seen a few guys use .30 cal suppressors on their 5.56 to reduce some of the blow back.

I believe he was using the QD setup u mention, possibly YHM if I'm not mistaken. I wanna say using the .30 cal can on the 5.56 vs. Designated 5.56 can he said was only like 2 or 3 decibels louder if this is the case I can deal with the 2-3 dbls & save a thousand bucks.

This is the silencer that I am looking to get. I will be using it on my .308 bolt rifle and my AR.

Happens all the time. I will use my 7.62-sdn for anything smaller than a 30 cal. .22 being the exception, its too dirty.

Also, You can get a 9mm can and shoot subsonic 30 cal out of it with no problems. A .45 will handle a .40 just fine too.

Moving suppressors around is very common and not an issue. AAC makes one of the best quick attach systems too. On par, and some argue better, with/than YHM.

Just out of curiosity, why do y'all have suppressors?

I've thought about getting one for hogs, but it seems like too much of a headache for the benefits I'd get out of one.

Hogs and coyotes. Indoor ranges too. I got the most versatile suppressor made so that it would serve the most purposes.

Main reason: I wanted one.

A trust and form 4 are not complicated at all. If you are registered to vote, you should be able figure out a form 4.
