Graveyard Shift thread got whacked?

Let me tell you a little story.
Back a few years ago there was a Night Shift Roll Call thread that a bunch of shiftworkers/night owls would post in.

A little less cliquish than the LNST at the time. Had a great run and a little rivalry going on. Kind of like the Socs and the Greasers.
But the powers that be decided in favor of the LNST and begin to whack the NSRC.
So it went underground. It persisted, like a itch that won't go away.
So they started coming down hard on the NSRC. I did my first stint in banland for it.
It kept on, the flag being carried by others.
Now it seems they nip any threads that are like it in the bud. That's just the way the dogs hunt now.

But the Nightwatch is still there. When the banner flies up, you'll still see those who know it answer the call, as futile as it might be.

because the lnst is a sanctioned IM thread. the others are not.
