What happened to bullpen cars in MLB?

Seems line they just dropped off early 90s or so. What happened?

I've read several articles and there is no real reason it seems, just went out if style.

I would support revival of this form of transportation.

good point. Did Eckersley or Goose Gossage have carts? They did fine.

The tugboat was so bad one pitcher wouldn't ride in it and it followed him as he went to the mound
