Sorry I don't care who you are, you break into my house while I'm here, jail is the best case scenario.

Habitual 14 years ago. He's now married, with a daughter and has been born again. In your eloquent wording, "Can nobody see that this guy's life has changed?"

Let him break into your house multiple times, then sexually assault your wife/daughter/sister multiple times and see how you would feel.

I remember when the first Paranormal Activity came out, my gf stood over me watching as a prank. I flipped out of the bed and nearly had a heart attack. I couldn't imagine if it was some dude I had never seen before (let alone jacking off).

Everyone who thinks Cecil should not have to face his Louisiana probation violation should honestly answer this question: would you be comfortable with him living next to your teenage or young adult daughter? I have two young daughters and if I knew that he was living next door I would have trouble sleeping at night, wondering if he was wATching them drive up and making plans to "watch them sleep."

When Cecil moved to Florida, Dan Marino (who desperately needed a good rb) moved him into his guest house and tried to be a "big brother" to him. He still got in trouble there. I say he had a deal with Louisiana, he broke it, and now has to face the music.

It's been over 15 years, but I seem to remember that in at least one of the LA cases, he was masturbating at the foot of the bed.

In the second LA case, there was a boyfriend either also in the bed or in the apartment. He ran Collins off (who jumped out of a 2nd story window to escape) and then called 911. When the 911 transcript was released, it was like a bad comedy skit. Went something like this...
911: What's your emergency?
Victim: Send the police! Cecil Collins broke in my girlfriends apt!
911: There's a intruder in the apt?
Victim: He's gone now. It was Cecil Collins!
911: What is the intruder wearing?
Victim: Blue jeans and a white T Shirt. It's Cecil Collins!

And on it went... But seriously, the guy recognized him and said his name three or four times during the 911 call.

I never would, so we should lock him up forever right?

I don't think anyone here is for going easy on him or forgiving him, but that is a lot of time. I agree with those that think the moral of this story is how f'ed up our justice system is. Bunch of bull shite this guy got that much time for those crimes.

Breaking in to an occupied dwelling is the crime the law most seeks to deter given what usually happens thereafter. Sentences are long for that crime on purpose.

Sadly, this dude is a sexual deviant that can never be cured, outside of castration.

He has had multiple incidents while in prison where he repeatedly tried to put his weenie on female guards.

He will not change and whatever day he is released, innocent women near him won't be safe.

Exactly!!!

It's a sick or badass mother who breaks into a occupied building in the middle of the night and he did it at least three fricking times. The last time just months after getting a five year sentence of probation for his first two break ins.

He deserved the hammer being dropped on him and if Louisiana wants to add more supervised probation, good for them. If they had taken his actions more serious to begin with we might not still be taking about this shite and he might have learned a valuable lesson.

Those who think that he deserves 15 years of his life thrown away for this are everything wrong with society and our planet. Gfy.

It's not so much the breaking into the house it's the multiple times he has been in trouble and the multiple parole violations. I think he's got what he deserves but at this point let him stay out of jail and see if he can stay out of trouble if they don't consider him a pschopath

Spare me your outrage over a two time felon and pervert having to send 13 years locked away from society because he was stupid enough to commit the same crime again that had gotten him five years on probation a few months before.

If you think he has been so wronged by society, invite him to move in with you and your family.
