Buga Nation is now selling clothing apparel

Hopefully all necessary steps have been taken to ensure that this will not violate some small, unknown clause in the NCAA's mythical rule book.
What are the Rant's thoughts about this?
I think it is a great idea. Kid will a crap load of money if he is the real deal. The question is, how does he keep himself from getting in trouble with benefits he will receive from the merchandise ? Set up Buga Nation LLC and have it operate as an S Corp with earnings flow through his parents tax return?

There is no way LSU would allow him to do any of the stuff he's doing if it was an NCAA violation. You know they're on this like white on rice. I imagine this will be a situation similar to Manziel TM'ing "Johnny Football". We have one of the best compliance departments in the country FWIW.

Is their a rule against owning a business as a college athlete?
I know you cant profit off your own image as a college football player but i dont think Buga has a direct connection to LSU or him.
