HIM. I was watching the news which is a rarity these days and saw a report on the increasing presence of AQ in Iraq and how they are devastating the populous there. I was curious as to what the Administration and State Dept. are contemplating doing about these folks. Are we completely done with helping the Iraqi people?

I think the pursuit of AQ has been cancelled due to lack of interest.

We went into Iraq and Afghanistan to get these AQ and now we just let them run amok? I know the State Dept. response is 'It's not important'. And the Prez is like 'I got HIM'. The media just does not go there for fear of reprisal and droning.

Do you think anyone on this board actually knows what we are doing in regards to AQ?

Well once they got "him", another "him" sprung up in his place.

The new bin Laden/"him" is Ayman al-Zawahiri.

We don't have much to worry about. I think I remember our President saying that he had AQ on the run and that they were diminished. So relax and have a nice glass of Kool-Aid.
