Flying into America on Friday

I have a connecting flight in Washington (Dulles airport) on Friday. What are the odds of me actually making it into this airport on Friday morning? I'm coming from Europe btw
I'm trying to see if I should extend my stay a day or I could make it home with little delay

Washington can handle feets of snow at a time.

Have you even checked the weather? It's supposed to be 46 degrees here (northern Virginia) on Friday. What on earth would make you think that you couldn't fly here?
