Best phones on the market now?

I know, Android sucks, ios da shite. iPhone sucks, Android da best.
Now that we have that out of the way, which are the best phones? I'm pretty open. I had an iPhone for a while then got a Windows Phone.
Please give reasons. Thanks in advance.

i've had an s4 since june and still love it. i don't think much has come out between then and now

The Note 3 dropped in October and is more powerful than an S4 and with a larger screen. S5 will be out in March probably.

I just got a note 3 and it's ridiculous. Love it.. Battery last 16 hours with heavy use

the notes are nice but very big, like holding a small tablet as a phone.

It's just so bulky. My Lumia is pretty big but it doesn't compare to the size of the Note.

Any phone you pay $200 for will be awesome. Don't worry about it. It's like arguing about Hammond versus Amite (both completely awesome!).

Love the OS. Very smooth and it never really crashed or freezes up on me. Great camera too. The marketplace is pretty weak though

Get the S4 then or wait on the S5
I just don't like how proprietary any Apple product is. It may not be a huge thing to most people but something as simple as being able to add flash memory or swap SD cards out for files on different cards is a huge benefit of Android over any Apple product for me.
