So you think it's okay for an employer to knowingly suppress information regarding potential heath hazards to it's employees?

Overall? no.

In Javids case? I have no sympathy and don't see the NFL at fault in the least. THey cant stop him from googling. or talking to a doctor. doctors that told him multiple times he should retire

So you're going to rush to judgment in his case without even letting his side present their evidence?

my opinion is always available to change under the light of new information. But what I have said in the thread are the current facts about the case and my opinion is based on those

I'm always impressed by people who have all the "facts", even re: situations they had absolutely nothing to do with

Im impressed by your ability to read what you want to read and put words in my mouth

I say those were the current facts, not all the facts

they aren't current facts either. they are your spin on a very limited set of events, completely out of context.

Best didn't have a concussion history before the NFL?

There wasn't information about concussions in 2010?

He doesn't work for Cal?

He didn't have major concussions while at Cal?

Hes suing Cal to?

trying to see what ive talked about haven't been facts

He did but neither of us know about his specific medical history.

There was but how much more did the NFL know about and suppress?

None of these have anything to do with the merits of his action against the NFL

Are you suggesting that Best wasn't aware of potential risks of playing NFL football. He played in 2012, not 1960. I'm also interested in hearing about the substandard conditions Best had to accept. Seems to me like NFL players get the best of the best when it comes to medical treatment.
If the conditions were acceptable when Best was playing then why has the NFL modified its rules to afford the players more protection since then? Isn't that acknowledgment that the risks of injury were too high?

I don't know and it's irrelevant.

No, they really don't. that's just your personal feelings and biases coming into play.

I was at that Cal game. In the end zone right where it happened. The mood in the stadium was so creepy during and after that situation.

Sorry for the dude, loved watching him play in college.

As a Lions fan, I love Jahvid...but, if he could have found a single doctor to clear him after his final concussion, he would have made the decision to play again. Hard to side with him in this lawsuit given that.
