So with most of SWLA shutting down tomorrow. Who is going to be out tomorrow morning hunting White Fronted Geese? I will be in Sweetlake. Lots of Geese in the area.

We had a close encounter with death on the interstate while on the way to the blind Friday morning. I would strongly advise against it. I won't do it again. Scary as fack. I'll be in the blind Thursday.

Sunday morning the snows were being retarded. We put out 6 snow decs and 6 specs and had a group of 60 snows tornado'in into the decs. They never committed but its a blast watching so close.

I tell you what. Idk if you've ever been on the X but it is retarded. Made 3 solo rag hunts this year. On the X every time. It is stupid. I'd shoot, and theyd still be coming in.

If you can get on em, snow goose hunting is my favorite. Other wise it's specks being they work so well to a call

I dont even consider really shooting Wild Canada Geese going Goose Hunting. I mean its fun but they really are not the sharpest tool in the shed.

I actually went to Canada to go hunting in September. Massive Artic front came through one evening and the next morning we killed 72 mallards, 67 cacklers, 5 honkers, and 15 snows/blues one morning. It was pretty freaking impressive.

Yeah one group of geese came in that morning and we knocked down 18.

It really is a good time. We went with Ward Magee. Look him up. He is actually from Westlake.
