Anyone else prefer boiled crabs over boiled crawfish?

They're both great. Crabs require more effort to eat though imo..

Oh boy do I agree...crabs are far superior. And I could school you in crab picking--if you know a little crab anatomy and have a good, sharp knife, it's an easy job. Break the crab down into "sides", then split each side horizontally (remove the jumbo lump in one big piece first). Voila, all of the interior chambers are open to your greedy lil fingers.

I think the sucking of the head and digging out all the fat and goo in the crawfish heads make them better.

Just speaking about the meat, crabs are better

pretty tough call.

I can sit and eat crawfish all day, but very little is more satisfying than sitting down to a thing of freshly boiled crabs
