I'm happy too.

You want the Grammy's to balance the budget? Or will you just be unhappy for the rest of your life about it the deficit?

The Grammy's should focus on the debt?

Couldn't care less about gay marriage or the grammy's. I, for one, HATE the aristocratic nature of hollywood. Common people worship the ground those actors walk on. To me, the nature of hollywood is a violation of everything America stands for.

Well, I think all of those couples are idiots. Why wouldn't they want to be with their family on such a special day? It certainly does not help the level headed gay community as for as arguing for gay marriage to be sanctimonious. I mean honestly who the frick would get married in the isle of the fricking Grammy's? Even more backhanded, they didn't even perform the ceremony on the stage.

The average hollywood actor is NOTHING like your average joe, yet we obsess when they give awards to themselves. What do these people contribute to society? Most, if not all, were born wealthy, live wealthy, and will die wealthy. Life for them is smoking the most expensive weed and buying cars that your average joe will never lay his eyes on, yet these fricks all seem to be socialist "activists" concerned with the plight of the poor, even though 90% of them have "stein" in their last name.

Are you surprised? Is this news?

I'd say it would be thread worthy if the Grammys DIDN'T glorify gay marriage.

Don't agree with doing the marriages in the middle of it, but wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be.

And how does a private organization making a political statement on a social issue tie to a monetary issue of the federal govt???

"stein" in their names? WTF? Good job showing your true colors.

Also, this is about the Grammy Awards, not the Oscars. And this segment did more for the world than you did today.

This was all just a marketing ploy to get people to talk about the Grammys again. It hasn't been the most successful show in the past few years. Something like a 30% drop in viewership last year.

The best way to get noticed is to do something controversial. By this time next year, people will be saying, "I wonder if the Grammys are going to do something risque again?" and people will tune in.

Successful marketing.
