From I-10 you can see what looks like used to be a fence or maybe a retaining wall in the lake.
Anyone know what this used to be?

I have always wondered too? I'm assuming you are talking about those two parrellel fences to the west side of the spillway you can see if you are going towards Laplace

1-10 west of 310, almost to Laplace. Mile marker 212.2

Yeah, was thinking he had to mean between the 310 and 55. Like you, I have no idea and now I'm also interested.
