Random cars coming over Essen on I-10 eastbound...

There is one or two every minute or so. Trying to figure out where these people got on the interstate in order to do this. Anyone know any on ramps that are open?

Baton Rouge interstate system shut down due to lack of ability to salt the roads. It's horrible out there.

Well it wouldn't be too fiscally responsible for Baton Rouge to spend a lot of money to SALT the roads. I mean look at a map.

I don't understand this shite. They let a bunch of cars come over going eastbound and there's cops and other cars with lights crossing westbound but I haven't moved
