Feel like an Idiot

Live in Galveston county and had sleet. Live on the second floor and not thinking I go down the stairs and last four steps were slippery and started to fall on my arse but put arm between railing to catch my fall while falling and bent it back. Now arm is killing me and pain is shooting down to pinky and ring finger. Does it sound like a fracture or what? Can't make a fist with hand

Well when arm went back I caught myself but had all of my weight on it while it was bending back. That's what stopped my fall
