How did you get the ticket and how much did it cost?

This got me thinking, how stupid is a person who thinks they can get this much for 1 ticket? $550,005.70; helluva deal.

I went when it was in Houston, I don't remember the tickets being overly expensive.

I know a bunch of people who went to the one last year for free. Not me though.

Miami 2010. Only went because my season tickets won the lottery. Face was 800 for 400 level. But not bad seats for that stadium.

Twice.

First time, got tickets from ebay.

Second time, got them through the Saints.

People do stupid things for the Super Bowl.

Honestly I wouldn't pay more than $150 if the Saints weren't in it. I went to XLIV in Miami, worth every penny. I also went to XLVII in New Orleans with a free ticket, really not that enjoyable if you aren't into the game. I hate all other NFL teams BTW.

That's a suite and will also let 30 people in the suite.

My dad went to the Saints Super Bowl with a group that had a chartered flight.

They left NOLA day of the Superbowl, took transfer straight from airport to stadium. After game transfer from game to airport, and was back in NOLA in time to join the celebration on Bourbon.

I would do that for a crap location like Indy.
I went to Miami in 1999 to root against the Falcons but we didn't get into the actual game.

My parents went to the Superdome for Dallas vs Denver back in the 70s. My dad friend from Denver came in and have my parents free tickets.

My dad has been to 2 Super Bowls. Both in New Orleans (Super Bowl VI and Super Bowl XV). Said that tickets were about $15 a piece

My Aunt and Cousin went to the Saints superbowl in Miami...We won two tickets in the Season ticket owner lottery. My Uncle swore that if the Saints went to the Super Bowl, there was no other place he wanted to be than New Orleans, so he let them go to it

My folks went to the Saint's/Colts SB.

$800/ticket I think. Something around there.

Very interesting logic. Not knocking his decision at all, but he's in the minority on that one.

No, but I spent $500/ticket for 2009 NFC Championship tickets. That could have easily been a disaster
