Reason I would like to work out at home is I have 2 young kids and really wouldnt have time after work, so really my only option would be in the morning. I weigh 170 and really just looking to have muscle tone and get rid of the beer gut(without quiting beer) would are some good 30 minute routines I could try?

Thanks

in all seriousness...check out the fitness section of pinterest...i get all types of workouts off there...also DO NOT jump into Insanity or P90X right now if you havent been working out..it will kick your arse..you should be in decent shape when you start one of those...wanna lose the gut?...change what you eat...go minimal carbs for about a month..eat lots of salads...no sodas....eat lean and green...take multi vitamins and drink tons of water...do different workouts off of youtube as mentioned or pinterest every day and you will see the tone come..then do a p90 type thing..

I know it's tough, but your body metabolizes alcohol faster than food. If you drink, you're less likely to burn fat.

I'm in my third month, and I've lost almost 40 pounds. I look a lot better, and I feel better.

P90X3. 30 minutes a day and a pretty decent workout.

I highly recommend Insanity. One of the best workout products I ever bought. No additional products needed. Just the DVDs and some moving around room.

While it is a tough workout, I think you can still start it without previously working out for a while. Its not recommended, but the whole workout is based on your best abilities, regardless of your size.
