Possible Thyroid Issues

I'm having heart palpitations, Nose Bleeds, and its hard to eat food and drink.
i'm 27y/o who occasionally runs and eats healthier than most.
Went to a family medicine doctor who highly requested going to an ENT and Cardiologist... Thinks it might be thyroid.
Anyone have any suggestions on possible outcome?
