Last year I bought my pow pow some Pete Rickard's Indian Buck Lure for Christmas after hearing him preach about its magic for years. He was disappointed b/c he couldn't find it locally anymore so I got him some online. I always had my doubts, but he killed an 8 pt the first hunt with it. He swears by Pete Rickard's products but they don't seem to work for me (not much does ). What does everyone else use?

My brother killed one last year while eating a McRib. He made it to the camp late in Friday and jumped in the nearest stand about 5 PM and 2 deer walked out before he could even finish his McRib.

I think I'm gonna start coating myself with bar-b-q sauce. I'm thinking Sweet Baby Rays oughta work.

I usually just try and hunt where the deer are and not smell like a stinky human. In fact, I dont want to smell like anything. I want them to come strolling through and everything be just like it was last time they were there

I wash clothes in scent proof detergent then straight into the carbon bag.

I'll pop a dirt wafer on in the stand, maybe a squirt of spray on my gloves.

Code Blue during rut.

As for as cover scents ...I just hunt the wind and don't bother looking behind me.
Attractants.... Never had any luck with them.

I use the Dead Down Wind clothes detergent, dryer sheets and body wash. I put out Golden Estrus on the key wicks. Have had bucks walk right under my stand to smell the Golden Estrus. This year the buck came from behind me, down wind, to check it out and walked right under me. I'm a believer in both products.

haven't seen any in years. IDK about attracting, but if you put out a scent trail with it, they will damn sure put their nose on the ground and sniff it when they walk up to the scent trail.
