Cool story about my dad and Dale Brown

Dale Brown taught a coaching class at LSU back in the 70's. My dad attended and said that Dale and John Wooden were good friends. For the final exam in the class Dale let all his students (20 people) have a 1 minute telephone conversation with John Wooden and ask him a question.
Was the coolest story I heard today so I thought I'd share.
Dale was a pretty cool guy.

One time we were trying to get into a concert at the assembly center. Dale asked us to help unload some equipment then had security let us in!
