Agree, If they just straight up legalized it in the French Quarter and Marigny area tourism dollars would be quadruple. Think about the "refer retreats" that will open up in the quarter and off esplanade. You will have restaurants and hotels catered around marijuana.

Yep.

Once other states start seeing the revenue Colorado and Washington is rolling in, it's over because they just can't ignore that and be left out.

Pot will be legal everywhere in 6-7 years. Book it.

I would imagine let all the non-violent weed offenders out. I've known a few people that have been busted with heavy loads and their sentences were not that long, maybe 3 months max.
