Poor Cleveland. Although this may be a blessing for them, nobody seems to want the job

A lot of Brown's fans think Chud got a raw deal. Everyone was disappointed in the season, but there's a strong sense that he deserved at least one more year.

He def. deserved another year. You will never make progress firing coaches every year

Yep...that's part of it. But folks up here also have a pretty strong sense of fair play when it comes to something like this. I've heard more than one person say Chud didn't get treated fairly.

Whether or not he deserved the year or not, you cant fire a first year coach after one year and expect to hire anyone better.

Exactly. Why would a big name risk their current gig on a gamble where you'll likely get shitcanned after a year. Not to mention the QB situation.

Not surprising. It was going to be a reach to hire him in the first place, due to him waiting until after the Super Bowl to even interview for the job.

During normal years it's hard for Cleveland to hire the guy they want, and they made it even worse by firing a coach after not even a full season. They're digging their own grave and will more than likely have to settle for someone in the middle or toward the bottom of their want list.

He was better than ok. He was also a life long Browns fan who is now bad mouthing the team so bad no other coach wants to touch it with a 10ft pole. Prob gonna end up getting the DCoord from the bills I guess. Pretty impressive(fart noise) hire
