Nothing it too hot for me to play, but cold is a different story. I tried playing over Xmas break when it was 40 outside. My hands got so cold that I could barely feel the club. I played so bad that it was definitely not worth it.

Anything below 40...after that, the ball is like cement trying to hit it.
But, I've played pretty much in all weather conditions

Below 40 sounds about right

ive yet to find an upper limit
i actually really enjoy playing golf in the dead heat of summer for some reason
lower limit, golf always beats work, the lowest i've played this year was about 30
if you're dressed right, its not uncomfortable, but i do hate swinging in sleeves
i've upped my winter golf apparel lineup this year so i'm prepared for just about anything
just bought some fleece lined golf gloves
i'm probably playing this friday

there is no limit. the more extreme the temp, the fewer people on the course. I like having the place to myself.

If it gets above 80-85° I'll find something else to do.

It can never be too hot. It can be 85 degrees down here and i'll still sweat my arse off just like if it was 95.
And it's not the cold temp that bothers me, it's the cold wind. I don't care if it's 40 degrees during the middle of the day with the sun shining and no wind. But if the wind is blowing, f that.

Didn't you (or someone else) post the same exact thread a year ago? This seems very familiar.

Ill play in any temp as long as it isnt windy and not raining.

If the course lets me play, then I play.
The Island has notoriously high winds, and I couldn't even count the layers I was wearing a few weeks ago

I live in AZ but grew up in CO...
I have played in the snow... 27 degrees
I have played in 121 degree heat.
Heat is way better than cold

I played last Wednesday and it was 38 when we teed off, it got up to around 55 though.
It was pretty cold but not too bad once you get used to it, my right hand was really really cold

If it stings when I hit the ball, I ain't playing.
On the other hand, it's never too hot for golf.
