I'm confused how me saying "tigerland is so shitty" is some how translated to "I only go out in tigerland"...
If they put some new bars in that area behind southgate and actually made it nice it would make a killin. Great location and brand new. Kid's would eat that shite up.

Across from the Walgreen's on Burbank is gonna be a Neighborhood Walmarks. Across from Alberton's will be a RaceTrac.

As I understand, it's something in between. Won't have quite everything a super has but more than just a grocery store. Not entirely sure what they're cutting out exactly
