All the talk about how great Manning's surrounding cast is... Go look how great Moreno, Thomas, Decker and Thomas were before Manning showed up.

Go look at who the QB was before he showed up. It's easier to key on Moreno when you don't have a threat at the QB position. Good QBs are also able to fire the ball into the hands of wide open receivers.

You are what you are. Other players don't make you 'better'.

Thomas and Decker flashed great talent with Tebow at QB. It was obvious how much he was holding them back

Moreno improved because he got his head on straight and learned how to read a hole and to pass block. He was terrible last year too with Peyton. I think youre selling his work ethic short if you give all the credit to Manning for him

And yes Manning is a great player, noone is disputing that and noone will

Nothing strange about it... Welker wasn't with the Broncos prior to Manning.

I think I get what you're saying, but other players can help you produce more.

Decker may not get any more open than he did pre-Peyton, but Peyton will get the ball into his hands somehow.

Moreno may not be any better but the threat of Manning passing will give him more running lanes, and so on and so forth.
