I think you reduce keepers and still limit draft pick trades. That's how these super teams have been formed for the most part. There is no chance in hell for a scrub team to win 1-2 categories against a top team.

Reduce keepers and switch to auction draft format. That would cancel out draft pick trades for sure lol.

We wouldnt be able to do it until next offseason anyway. People have already made trades under the assumption that we are keeping five.
