quote:

"He's screaming. He's yelling. He's telling me to get out of the car. He's telling me to put my hands on the hood," said Snider.

Snider said the officer pulled him out of the car, handcuffed him and put him in the back of a police car, as ten more police cars were also pulling up.

"They're like, 'We saw you downtown. We saw what you did,'" said Snider. "I was like, 'Are you kidding me? I gave a homeless man 75 cents.'"

Stupid man, doesn't he know the city needs that money more than a homeless guy?

It is so obvious.

If they pulled him over and let him go after a failed search, I have no problem. Of course they should pay for damage.

Y'all agree just posting a police report is biased correct? How is this any different? Sensationalism at its best and only one side of the story. 10 cops is more than 1/3 of what Houston has on the streets per shift so that is most likely an exaggeration. More to the story he is conviently leaving out.
